''Poriyaalan'' () is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language thriller drama film directed by Thanukumar, written by Manimaran and produced by Vetrimaaran. The film features Harish Kalyan and Rakshita in the leading roles. Velraj is the cinematographer for the venture, while newcomer M. S. Jones Rupert composed the music. Harish Kalyan
Harish Kalyan (born 29 June 1990) is an Indian actor who has predominantly appeared in Tamil language films and also appeared in a few Telugu language films. He made his acting debut in ''Sindhu Samaveli'' (2010) opposite debutante Amala Paul, before being noticed for his performances in ''Poriyaalan'' (2014), ''Vil Ambu'' (2016) and ''Pyaar Prema Kaadhal'' (2018). Anandhi (born Rakshita; 10 December 1996) is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. Gaana Bala
Bala Murugan, better known by his stage name Gana Bala is an Indian playback singer in Tamil cinema. He rose to prominence after rendering the songs 'Aadi Pona Aavani' and 'Nadukadalula Kappala' from the soundtrack of ''Attakathi''.
