The Politburo or Polit Bureau is the highest body of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Biman Bose (born July 1, 1938) is an Indian politician who was once state Secretary of the West Bengal Communist Party of India (Marxist). He was later succeeded by his trusted aide, Surya Kanta Mishra, although he remained a Politburo member of the party. He is also Chairman of the Left Front committee of West Bengal. Early life Biman Bose was an alumnus of Maulana Azad College, under the University of Calcutta. During his educational experience, Bose was known to be involved in political and social activities. Ashok Dhawale (born 14 July 1952) is an Indian Peasant leader and the National President of All India Kisan Sabha. He is one of the leaders of the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) which led a historic one-year long struggle that succeeded in getting the three Farm Laws repealed by the Central Government. Ram Chandra Dome ( bn, রাম চন্দ্র ডোম) (born 8 February 1959, Chilla village) is an Indian politician and a Politburo member of the Communist Party of India.
