Police Football Club is an association football club based in Kigali, Rwanda and currently competes the Rwanda Premier League. History Police FC was founded 2000 by the Rwanda National Police (RNP). The club won 2003 the Championnat National de 2e Division and was promoted in the Rwanda National Football League. In 2011 and 2012, Police FC were runners up of the Rwanda National Football League. 2013 CAF Confederation Cup
The 2013 CAF Confederation Cup (also known as the 2013 Orange CAF Confederation Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 10th edition of the CAF Confederation Cup, Africa's secondary club football competition organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The winner earned the right to play in the 2014 CAF Super Cup. The defending champions AC Léopards did not enter the tournament as they qualified for the 2013 CAF Champions League and reached the group stage. The CAF Confederation Cup, known as the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup for sponsorship purposes, is an annual association football club competition established in 2004 from a merger of the CAF Cup and the African Cup Winners' Cup and organized by CAF. Clubs qualify for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. It is the second-tier competition of African club football, ranking below the CAF Champions League.
