The Autonomy ( it, L'Autonomia) was a heterogeneous electoral coalition of political parties in Italy, formed in the run-up to the 2009 European Parliament election in order to overcome the 4% threshold introduced in the electoral law in February 2009. The list was affiliated to Libertas.eu and disbanded after the European election. An electoral alliance (also known as a bipartisan electoral agreement, electoral pact, electoral agreement, electoral coalition or electoral bloc) is an association of political party, political parties or individuals that exists solely to stand in elections. Each of the parties within the alliance has its own policy, policies but chooses temporarily to put aside differences in favour of common goals and ideology in order to pool their voters' support and get elected. Alliance Of The Centre (Italy)
Alliance of the Centre ( it, Alleanza di Centro, AdC), whose full name is Alliance of the Centre for the Territories ( it, Alleanza di Centro per i Territori), is a Christian-democratic political party in Italy. It was founded in November 2008 as Alliance of the Centre for Freedom ( it, Alleanza di Centro per la Libertà) by splinters from the Union of the Centre (UdC) who wanted to return to an alliance with Silvio Berlusconi's centre-right coalition and support his fourth government. Francesco Musotto (born 1 February 1947 in Palermo) was an Italian politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Islands (elected for the first time in 1999). Vittorio Umberto Antonio Maria Sgarbi (born 8 May 1952 in Ferrara) is an Italian art critic, art historian, writer, politician, cultural commentator and television personality. Carlo Andreotti (born 21 May 1943) is an Italian politician. Biography Carlo Andreotti was born in Trento on 21 May 1943. He graduated in law and is licensed to practice as a lawyer. Lega Padana Lombardia (Padanian League Lombardy), briefly in 2008 part of the Lombardia Autonoma (''Self-Governing Lombardy'') coalition, was a Padanist and autonomist political party active in Lombardy, northern Italy, between 2001 and 2011. The party emerged in 2001 as a split from Lega Lombarda–Lega Nord led by Roberto Bernardelli, a long-time member of Lega Nord, at the time a regional deputy for Lombardy.
