''Poison Greatest Video Hits'' is the fifth DVD/video from the rock band Poison, released in 2001 following the success of the VH1 Behind the Music episode of the band. Background The DVD was released following the Poison album '' Power to the People'' and features every Poison music video up to this point including the latest video, the album titled track " Power to the People" . Every Poison album featured music videos up to this point except for the album Crack a Smile...and More!. The DVD consists of the first two Poison video releases " Sight for Sore Ears" which was certified Can Gold and " Flesh, Blood, & Videotape" (which have not been released on DVD) and also features behind the scenes footage, in depth interviews, various clips and music videos from ' Swallow This Live', ' Native Tongue' and ' Power to the People' albums. Poison is an American glam metal band formed in 1983, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The most successful incarnation of the band consists of lead singer and rhythm guitarist Bret Michaels, drummer Rikki Rockett, bassist and pianist Bobby Dall, and lead guitarist and backing vocalist C.C. "Fallen Angel" is the second single from '' Open Up and Say...Ahh!'', American glam metal band Poison's second studio album. The B-side of the seven inch was "Bad to Be Good". Background Released as a single in 1988 on Capitol Records, the track reached #12 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and #32 on the Mainstream rock charts and has since gone Gold in the US. This made it the only single from the album not to reach the Top Ten. It also charted at number 21 on the Australian charts and number 59 on the UK Singles chart. The song is about a young girl who grew up in a small town and goes to Los Angeles to try to make it as an actress. While there, she abandons her old life. Richard Allan Ream (born August 8, 1961), better known by the stage name Rikki Rockett, is an American drummer for rock band Poison. The band has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide and 15 million records in the United States alone. Biography Richard Allan Ream was born on August 8, 1961, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, the youngest of two children of Norman and Margaret Ream. He attended Cedar Cliff High School in Camp Hill. Before founding Poison with vocalist Bret Michaels, Rockett worked as a hairdresser, lifeguard, dishwasher, emergency medical technician and a suit salesman. In late 1993, Rockett discovered that the then guitarist Richie Kotzen of Poison was having a relationship with Deanna Eve, Rockett's fiancée at the time. Kotzen was fired due to this incident. Robert Harry Kuykendall, also known as Bobby Dall (born November 2, 1958), is an American musician best known as the bassist for the multi-platinum selling rock band Poison.
