Poh Yi Feng is a retired Singaporean footballer who played as a midfielder for Warriors FC and Balestier Khalsa in the S League. International career Poh earned his first call up to the national team on 2012 for friendlies against Hong Kong and Malaysia. He made his first international debut for the Lions against Hong Kong in the 86th minute in a 1–0 away defeat. 2014 Singapore Cup
The 2014 Singapore Cup is the 17th season of Singapore's annual premier club football tournament organised by Football Association of Singapore. Due to sponsorship reasons, the Singapore Cup is also known as the RHB Singapore Cup. Home United are the defending champions, having won the trophy six times. Balestier Khalsa FC Players
Balestier () is a sub zone located in the planning area of Novena in the Central Region of Singapore. The main road, Balestier Road, links Thomson Road to Serangoon Road and the road continues on as Lavender Street. The area is home to rows of shophouses, such as the Sim Kwong Ho shophouses, the Balestier Art Deco shophouses, 412-418 Balestier Road, and 601-639 Balestier Road, low-rise apartments and commercial buildings as well as a shopping mall known as Shaw Plaza. However, Shaw Plaza has since closed down and is under construction. Balestier also has another mall, Zhongshan Mall. There are several lighting and electrical shops along Balestier Road, which is also home to the Ceylon Sports Club and the Indian Association. The 2013 Singapore League Cup (known as the Starhub League Cup for sponsorship purposes) is a cup competition played in the month of June 2013. The draw for the Cup was held on Sunday, 12 May 2013 at the Football Association of Singapore's headquarters in Jalan Besar Stadium, Singapore. Apart from the teams in the S.League which participated in the Starhub League Cup, the 2013 edition also saw an NFL side qualify for the cup draw following a playoff between four sides: Singapore Recreation Club and Singapore Cricket Club, who are the NFL Division 1 Champions and Runners-up, and Admiralty Football Club and Sporting Westlake FC, who are the NFL Division 2 Champions and Runners-up. Singapore League Cup
The Singapore League Cup was an annual soccer competition in Singapore. It was launched in 2007, and was open to teams who play in the S.League. The 2007 competition was sponsored by SingTel, and officially titled the SingTel League Cup. Eight of the twelve S.League teams took part in the 2007 tournament, which was held before the start of the S.League season proper. In 2008, the competition's official sponsored name was the Avaya-J&J League Cup (with sponsorship coming from Avaya and Jebsen & Jessen Communications). All twelve S.League teams took part in the 2008 tournament. Unlike the 2007 event, the 2008 competition was held during the S.League season. The 2009 edition of the League Cup was held from 1 to 19 June, again during the S.League season. The competition began with a group stage, where the clubs were divided into four groups of three. Singapore Cup
The Singapore Cup is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic Singaporean football. Established in 1998, it is the foremost football cup competition in the country. It is open to clubs in the Singapore Premier League. Since 2005, foreign teams from other countries in Southeast Asia are occasionally invited to compete in the Singapore Cup. Chonburi Province FC from Thailand was the first foreign club reaching the final in 2006 (they lost 3–2 in the final to local club Tampines Rovers). In 2009, Bangkok Glass became the second foreign team to reach the final, losing against local club Geylang United, but they beat Tampines Rovers in 2010 to become the first foreign winners of the Singapore Cup.
