Pogódki
Pogódki (german: Pogutken) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skarszewy, within Starogard County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Skarszewy, north-west of Starogard Gdański, and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the ethnocultural region of Kociewie in the historic region of Pomerania. The village has a population of 715. History Pogódki dates back to Middle Ages, medieval Poland. The oldest known mention of the village comes from 1198. In 1258, a Cistercian monastery was founded by Duke Sambor II, Duke of Pomerania, Sambor II, which was eventually moved to Pelplin in 1276. Later on, Pogódki was a private church village of the monastery in Pelplin, administratively located in the Tczew County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (1466–1772), Pomeranian Voivodeship of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, Polish Crown.
