''Podnebesnaya No. 1'' (Cyrillic: ''Поднебесная № 1'') is the compilation album of works produced by Ivan Shapovalov Ivan Nikolayevich Shapovalov (Cyrillic: Иван Николаевич Шаповалов, born 28 May 1966) is a musical producer based in Moscow, Russia. He is best known for being the founder and former executive producer/manager for t.A.T.u. ... during his project Podnebesnaya. The CD is labeled as t.A.T.u., though the CD was released after the group had split from their manager, and the closest thing to a song by t.A.T.u. on this album is a demo recorded by only Lena. The song "Volodya Putin" by M.A.O caused some controversy in Russia when it was released. Ivan Shapovalov
Ivan Nikolayevich Shapovalov (Cyrillic: Иван Николаевич Шаповалов, born 28 May 1966) is a musical producer based in Moscow, Russia. He is best known for being the founder and former executive producer/manager for t.A.T.u. Production career In 1999, Shapovalov with Voitinskyi, Sergio Galoyan, Renski and then-lover Elena Kiper, created t.A.T.u., where most of Shapovalov's success would come from. He directed the music video of t.A.T.u's 2002 single " Ya Soshla S Uma" ("All the Things She Said"). Ivan led the girls to stardom as their producer, with a controversial image, and producer of the production company Neformat, which he and Renski formed. In 2003, Shapovalov formed the project Podnebesnaya to develop his producing skills. He ended up working with many artists, and becoming the producer of 7B and n.A.T.o. Podnebesnaya
Podnebesnaya (Cyrillic: ''Поднебесная''; Tr. from Russian: ''Celestial'') was a musical production company organized by producer Ivan Shapovalov. The project for ''Podnebensaya'', with the same title, began in 2003 in Moscow, Russia. The main purpose of the production was to produce t.A.T.u.'s second studio album, however after a falling-out with Ivan, such production was ended. Shapovalov continued to work with other Russian artists including 7B, Helya, Ledokol, FlyDream and n.A.T.o. A CD was released of this project in 2004, after t.A.T.u. split from Shapovalov. The CD was titled '' Podnebesnaya No. 1'', and only featured one song by t.A.T.u. Elena Sergeevna Katina (russian: link=no, Елена Сергеевна Катина; born 4 October 1984), better known as Lena Katina, is a Russian musician who gained fame as one half of the pop/electronica duo t.A.T.u. She started her career at the age of eight, joining the Russian children's act Avenue, soon after that joining Neposedy. In 1999, producer Ivan Shapovalov chose Katina and Julia Volkova for his project t.A.T.u. The duo would later become Russia's most successful pop music act.
