Poderi Colla
Poderi Colla is an Italian winery, based in Barolo, Piedmont, Italy. It was established by Ernesto "Tino" Colla and his niece Federica in 1993. Poderi Colla has three vineyards covering some 70 acres, Cascina Drago and Tenuta Dardi Le Rase in Barolo and Tenuta Roncaglie in Barbaresco. '' Wine Opus'' described the wines as "impressive, traditional-leaning wines", describing their Barolo Bussia as "a firm, powerful expression of Nebbiolo Nebbiolo (, ; pms, nebieul ) is an Italian red wine grape variety predominantly associated with its native Piedmont region, where it makes the '' Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita'' (DOCG) wines of Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero ...", but said that their Barbaresco Roncaglie "shows more finesse and elegance". Barolo is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about southeast of Turin and about northeast of Cuneo. Barbaresco is an Italian wine made with the Nebbiolo grape. Barbaresco is produced in the Piedmont region in an area of the Langhe immediately to the east of Alba and specifically in the ''comune''s of Barbaresco, Treiso and Neive plus that area of the frazione San Rocco Seno d'Elvio which was once part of the ''comune'' of Barbaresco and now belongs to the ''comune'' of Alba. Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo (, ; pms, nebieul ) is an Italian red wine grape variety predominantly associated with its native Piedmont region, where it makes the ''Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita'' (DOCG) wines of Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero, Gattinara, Carema and Ghemme. Nebbiolo is thought to derive its name from the Italian or Piedmontese , meaning "fog".
