Plamen Venelinov Nikolov ( bg, Пламен Венелинов Николов; born 12 June 1985) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Spartak Pleven Nikolov was born in Pleven. After emerging through Levski Sofia's youth system, he made his professional debut in the second level with Spartak Pleven, the club from his home town. He made his team début on 7 August 2004, in an 0–0 draw against Rilski Sportist Samokov. On 6 October 2004 Nikolov scored his first goal in a 6–0 drubbing of amateur side Botev Lukovit of Bulgarian Cup. Plamen quickly became part of the main team and for two seasons earned 53 appearances, scoring two goals. Litex Lovech In June 2006, Nikolov agreed a deal to sign for Litex Lovech for an undisclosed fee. He has made his debut for Litex in Rilski Sportist match on 13 August 2006 as an 85th-minute substitute. Pleven
Pleven ( bg, Плèвен ) is the seventh most populous city in Bulgaria. Located in the northern part of the country, it is the administrative centre of Pleven Province, as well as of the subordinate Pleven municipality. It is the biggest economic center in Northwestern Bulgaria. At the 2021 census its population was 89,823. Miodrag Ješić
Miodrag Ješić ( sr-Cyrl, Миодраг Јешић, ; 30 November 1958 – 8 December 2022) was a Serbian football manager and player. Playing career Born in Osečenica, Ješić played for Partizan between 1974 and 1985, taking part in 342 matches and scoring 81 goals in all competitions. Between 1985 and 1989 he represented Altay SK, where he recorded 136 matches and 29 goals, and finished his career at Trabzonspor in 1989–90 with 37 matches and 9 goals in total. Ješić was immensely disliked amongst the Fenerbahçe supporters because they viewed him as responsible for an injury suffered by Rıdvan Dilmen in 1990 during a league match between Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor. Dilmen never fully recovered despite undergoing sixteen operations, and eventually had to retire in 1995 at Fenerbahçe after painful years of injuries. 2006–07 A Group
The 2006–07 A Group was the 59th season of the Bulgarian A Football Group since its establishment in 1948 and the 83rd of a Bulgarian national top football division. The league was contested by 16 teams, thirteen returning from the 2005–06 season and three promoted from the B Group. Levski Sofia won the championship scoring a record 96 goals. Changes from last season Three teams were relegated at the end of the 2005–06 season: Pirin 1922 Blagoevgrad, Naftex Burgas, and FC Pirin Blagoevgrad. The latter was disqualified for financial reasons after the first two rounds. The relegated teams were replaced by Spartak Varna and Rilski Sportist, the two regional winners of B PFG. The 2015–16 A Group was the 92nd season of the top division of the Bulgarian football league system, and 68th since a league format was adopted for the national competition of A Group as a top tier of the pyramid. The season has started on 17 July 2015 and is expected to end in May 2016. The league is contested by ten teams. Ludogorets Razgrad were the defending champions, and successfully defended the title after Levski Sofia's home loss against Lokomotiv Plovdiv in the 29th round. The title is Ludogorets' fifth consecutive and overall. Toni Brito Silva Sá (born 15 September 1993) is a Bissau-Guinean professional footballer who plays as a winger for FC Aksu in the Kazakhstan Premier League. Darko Tasevski ( bg, Дарко Тасевски; born 20 May 1984) is a Macedonian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bulgarian First League club Slavia Sofia.
