Mike Pinera
Mike Pinera (born September 29, 1948) is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer who started professionally in the late 1960s with the group Blues Image, which had a number 4 hit in 1970 with their song "Ride Captain Ride". After the break-up of that group, he joined Iron Butterfly, and later formed the group Ramatam. Pinera was then the founding member of the band New Cactus, a later incarnation of the band Cactus (American band), Cactus. He was the lead guitarist for Alice Cooper from 1980 to 1982. He is currently performing with his solo band and The Classic Rock All-Stars. Andrés Pío Bernardino Chadwick Piñera (born 2 January 1956) is a Chilean right-wing politician and lawyer, member of the Independent Democrat Union (UDI) party. He began his political career as a supporter of the Pinochet dictatorship, and was present at the Acto de Chacarillas in 1977. Chadwick was elected deputy for the District #33 in 1989, and was re-elected in 1993. In 1997, he was elected senator for the 9th Circumscription of the VI Región del Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, and was re-elected in 2005 again. On 18 July 2011 he was invited by his cousin, President Sebastián Piñera, to become Minister Secretary General of Government. Pinera Railway Station
Pinera railway station is located on the Belair line in the Adelaide southern foothills suburb of Belair, 20.2 kilometres from Adelaide station. History Pinera was opened in the 1920s as Overway Bridge. The name was derived from the bridge that carries Main Road over a cutting immediately west of the station. The cutting came about when the former No. 5 Tunnel was opened as a result of the duplication of the line between Eden Hills and Belair during the 1920s. The station was renamed Pinera at some point before 1947. On 31 January 1928, six rail workers were killed and three seriously injured when the No. 5 Tunnel ( Former Pinera Tunnel) they were demolishing immediately west of the station, collapsed after heavy rain.
