Pishchanka Rural Hromada
Pishchanka (is, pl, Piszczanka) an urban-type settlement in Vinnytsia Oblast, located in the historic region of Podolia. It was formerly the administrative center of Pishchanka Raion, but is now administered within Tulchyn Raion. Since 1956 Pishchanka is an urban settlement. An oblast ( uk, о́бласть; ) in Ukraine, often called a region or province, is the main type of first-level administrative division of the country. The Partitions of Poland were three partitions of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth that took place toward the end of the 18th century and ended the existence of the state, resulting in the elimination of sovereign Poland and Lithuania for 123 years.
