''Hellsing,'' is a manga series written and illustrated by Kouta Hirano. Motomu Kiyokawa
was a Japanese actor and voice actor. Among other roles, he is known for voicing Tem Ray in "Mobile Suit Gundam", Gargoyle in " Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water", Kōzō Fuyutsuki in "Neon Genesis Evangelion", and Tippy in "Is the Order a Rabbit?".
