Pilo Keri
Pilo Kristaq Keri (born December 25, 1956) is an architect and former member of the Parliament of Republic of Albania. Professional career Keri was born in Kutalli, a village in Berat District in the present-day municipality of Ura Vajgurore. He studied Architecture at the University of Tirana, graduating in 1979. Kuçovë ( sq-definite, Kuçova) is a municipality in south-central Albania. It was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Kozare, Kuçovë, Lumas and Perondi, which all became municipal units. Proportional representation (PR) refers to a type of electoral system under which subgroups of an electorate are reflected proportionately in the elected body. The concept applies mainly to geographical (e.g. states, regions) and political divisions (political parties) of the electorate. Jozefina Topalli ( Çoba; born November 26, 1963) is an Albanian politician who formerly served as the Chairwoman of the Parliament of Albania from 2 September 2005 until 9 September 2013.
