Deleni is a commune in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania. It is situated in the southern part of the county, west of Constanța. Costești, Vâlcea
Costești is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Oltenia, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Bistrița, Costești, Văratici, and Pietreni. The commune is located in the central-north part of the county, in the foothills of the Southern Carpathians, some west of the county seat, Râmnicu Vâlcea. The river Bistrița (also known as ''Bistrița Vâlceană'') and its tributary, the Costești, flow through the commune.
