In 2019, 100% of the school's 119 seniors received their high school diploma. Clemens Grant The Clemens Foundation was established in 1958 by Rex and Ethel Clemens, members of the Philomath community who acquired their wealth in the timber industry. The foundation was established to provide funding for Philomath-area schools, including a college scholarship fund set up for graduates of Philomath High School. Philomath ( ) is a city in Benton County, Oregon, United States. It was named for Philomath (Greek, "love of learning") College. The population was 4,584 at the 2010 census and was most recently estimated in 2019 to have a population of 5,666. It is part of the Corvallis, Oregon, Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Philomath was named after the Philomath College that was founded in 1867 by the United Brethren Church. The name of the college and city was derived from two Greek words meaning "lover of learning". The city was incorporated on October 20, 1882. The college closed in 1929 due to a dramatic decline in enrollment. Geography Philomath is west of Corvallis on U.S. Route 20. Terrence Boss (born September 1, 1981) is a retired professional soccer goalkeeper and a collegiate soccer coach. Career College and Amateur Boss played college soccer for the University of Tulsa from 2000–2004, starting 20 games, and also featured for Cascade Surge, Vermont Voltage and Fort Wayne Fever in the USL Premier Development League. Professional Boss began his professional career in the 2005 season with the Charlotte Eagles in the USL Second Division. In 2006, he moved to the Puerto Rico Islanders in the USL First Division, serving as the club's backup goalkeeper. In 2008 Boss returned to Charlotte and was the starting goalkeeper for a team that finished in first place in USL2, before losing in the league's title game to the Cleveland City Stars. Peter Richardson is an American documentary film, documentary film director. A native of Philomath, Oregon, Richardson is a 1998 graduate of Philomath High School and attended the University of Notre Dame on a scholarship. After graduating from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production & Theory, Richardson moved to Los Angeles where he worked for a short time at a publicity company before moving back to Oregon to start work on his first film. Oakland Raiders

Kevin Michael Boss (born January 11, 1984) is a former American football tight end. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the New York Giants out of Western Oregon University.
