Philippe Davies
Philippe Davies (born December 12, 1990) is a Canadian retired soccer player. Career Youth and college Born in Longueuil, Quebec, Davies attended Collège Français in his hometown. He played for the under-15 and under-16 sides of Ligue de soccer élite du Québec team FC Select South Shore AAA from 2003 to 2005. He spent a year in France in 2006, playing for the under-16 and reserve team of Ligue 2 team Dijon FCO, before playing for the FC Select South Shore AAA under-18 side in 2007. He signed for the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency on October 10, 2007, playing for them in the USL Premier Development League in 2008 and 2009 season. Professional Davies made his debut for the senior Vancouver Whitecaps team in a 4–0 victory over Minnesota Thunder on July 9, 2009. Longueuil
Longueuil () is a city in the province of Quebec, Canada. It is the seat of the Montérégie administrative region and the central city of the urban agglomeration of Longueuil. Terry Dunfield
Terence Dunfield (born February 20, 1982) is a Canadian former soccer player, coach and pundit who is head coach of Toronto FC's under-17s team, as well as soccer analyst for TSN and colour commentator for OneSoccer. As a player he was a midfielder who played in the Premier League although briefly for Manchester City, he also played in the English Football League for Bury, Macclesfield Town, Shrewsbury Town and Oldham Athletic, with a brief stint in Scotland with Ross County. He also played in Major League Soccer for both Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Toronto FC, before finishing his career in local soccer with Toronto Atomic FC. He was capped 14 times by Canada. Canada U-20 Men's National Soccer Team
The Canada U-20 men's national soccer team (also known as Canada Under-20s or Canada U-20s) represents Canada in international soccer at this age level. They are overseen by the Canadian Soccer Association, the governing body for soccer in Canada. It plays a large role in the development of Canadian soccer, and is considered to be the feeder team for the Canada men's national soccer team. North American Soccer League (2011–2017)
The North American Soccer League (NASL) was a professional men's soccer league based in the United States. The league was named for, but had no connection to, the original North American Soccer League. The later NASL was founded in 2009, and began play in 2011 with eight teams. From 2013 through 2017, the NASL used a split-season schedule running from April to early November, with a four-week break in July. Minnesota Thunder
Minnesota Thunder was an American professional soccer team based in Minnesota, United States. Founded in 1990, the team played in the USL First Division (USL-1), the second tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, until 2009. The 2009 season is the 23rd season played by the United Soccer Leagues. Season titles will be contested by 20 professional men's clubs in the USL First Division and USL Second Division, as well as 37 professional and amateur women's clubs in the W-League and 68 professional and amateur men's teams in the USL Premier Development League.
