Philip Tilker
Philip "Phil" Tilker (born April 18, 1977, in Bracebridge, Ontario) is a Canadian-American curler. He was a member of Team USA at the World Men's Curling Championship in 2013 and 2018. Tilker played lead on the Brady Clark rink from 2012 to 2017, and has played in the same position on the Rich Ruohonen rink since then. United States Men's Curling Championship
The United States Men's Curling Championship is the annual men's national curling championship for the United States. It is run by the United States Curling Association (USCA) and typically held in conjunction with the Women's Championship. The champion is eligible to represent the United States at the World Men's Curling Championships if they also rank in the top 75 teams over the last two seasons in the World Curling Tour Order of Merit or have earned 40 points in the Order of Merit year-to-date rankings. Phill Drobnick
Phill Drobnick (born October 8, 1980 in Virginia, Minnesota) is an American curler who has been involved with curling since 1986. Curling career Drobnick won the Minnesota State junior Championship in both, 2000 and 2003, allowing him to advance to the United States Junior National Championships. In 2000, Drobnick won the gold medal and advanced to the World Junior Championships in Geising, Germany, where he finished 6th. He competed in the United States Olympic curling trials for the 2002 and 2010 Winter Olympics, receiving bronze in the trials in 2001. At the 2011 United States Men's Curling Championship he played lead on Tyler George's team and finished 2nd, losing in the final to Pete Fenson. Chris Plys
Christopher Plys (; born August 13, 1987) is an American curler from Duluth, Minnesota. He is a Junior World Champion and two-time National Men's Champion. He was the alternate for the United States men's team at the 2010 Winter Olympics and a member of both the men's team and the mixed doubles team at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Career Plys started curling in 1998 at the age of eleven. He competed at seven Junior National Championships in a row, winning five of them, including four in a row as skip to finish his junior career. This gives him more junior national titles as skip than any other junior male. As US Champion, he competed at four World Junior Championships. In his first, 2006, Plys took ninth place in Jeonju, South Korea. The next year, in 2007, he took fifth place in Eveleth, Minnesota. And finally in 2008, Plys won the gold medal in Ostersund, Sweden. Darren Lehto (born May 17, 1968) is a Canadian-American curler from Athabasca, Alberta. He won the 2013 United States Men's Curling Championship, earning the chance to compete at the 2013 World Men's Championship in Victoria, British Columbia. They finished ninth at World's. Sean Beighton (born November 22, 1988) is an American curler from Seattle, Washington. Career During his years of junior eligibility, Beighton was active as a skip. He won the national junior championship in 2010, which gave him the opportunity to represent the United States at the 2010 World Junior Curling Championships, where he finished in ninth place with a 1–8 win–loss record. Beighton also skipped a team which included former national university champion Blake Morton at the qualifying tournament for the 2013 Winter University Games, but finished third. Brady Clark (born September 12, 1977) is an American curler from Lynnwood, Washington. Clark is a ten-time national mixed champion, three-time national mixed doubles champion, and two-time national men's champion (2013 & 2016). He has played in three World Mixed Doubles Curling Championships and one World Men's Championship. Career As a junior, Clark played in five national junior championships, placing 3rd in 1998 and 1999. He also won the National College Tournament in 1999. World Men's Curling Championship
The World Curling Championships are the annual world championships for curling, organized by the World Curling Federation and contested by national championship teams. There are men's, women's and mixed doubles championships, as well as men's and women's versions of junior and senior championships. There is also a world championship for wheelchair curling. The men's championship started in 1959, while the women's started in 1979. The mixed doubles championship was started in 2008. The United States Curling Association (USCA or USA Curling) is the national governing body of the sport of curling in the United States.
