Philip Geier
Philip Henry Geier Jr. (February 22, 1935 – June 19, 2019) was the chairman and chief executive officer of the Interpublic Group of Companies from 1980 to 2000. Career Geier joined McCann-Erickson in 1958. During his career, he served as regional director of McCann-Europe and then vice chairman of the parent company, Interpublic in 1975. He then became president and COO two years later, before becoming chairman and CEO. He retired from the company in 2000. In February 2001, Geier formed The Geier Group to provide consulting/advisory services in the marketing, communications, and venture capitalism areas. Pontiac, Michigan
Pontiac ( ') is a city in and the county seat of Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the city had a total population of 61,606. A northern suburb of Metro Detroit, Pontiac is about northwest of Detroit. Founded in 1818, Pontiac was the second European-American organized settlement in Michigan near Detroit, after Dearborn. It was named after Pontiac, a war chief of the Ottawa Tribe, who occupied the area before the European settlers. Palm Beach is an incorporated town in Palm Beach County, Florida. Located on a barrier island in east-central Palm Beach County, the town is separated from several nearby cities including West Palm Beach and Lake Worth Beach by the Intracoastal Waterway to its west, though Palm Beach borders a small section of the latter and South Palm Beach at its southern boundaries.
