Phil Migliarese
Phil "Jiu-Jitsu Matrix" Migliarese (born Philip Migliarese III, January 11, 1976) is a 6th degree Relson Gracie Brazilian jiu-jitsu Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in BJJ and Mixed Martial Arts. A Gracie Worlds and National Champion, Migliarese is a trainer, training partner and coach to UFC and MMA fighters as well as World and Pan-Am Champions. Migliarese is also a yoga instructor, author/creator of Yoga For Fighters and has many years of training in judo. He currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he teaches his brother, Ricardo Migliarese. Tim Carpenter (fighter)
Tim Carpenter (born July 24, 1980) is an American mixed martial artist who last competed in 2012. Background Carpenter was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania; the youngest of five kids. His father was a public school social studies teacher and his mother worked at West Chester University. He was a very fat child and teenager growing up. At the age of 15 he began training in judo under PA State Champion Joe Condello who was one of Ishikawa sensei's top American students. Through his training in judo he began to lose weight and get in shape and began to compete in Judo competitions. Michael Waylon Lowe (born October 31, 1980) is an American mixed martial arts, mixed martial artist who most recently competed in the Lightweight (MMA), Lightweight division. A professional competitor since 2006, he has competed for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, UFC, Bellator MMA, and the World Series of Fighting. Amateur wrestling career Lowe was a two-time state finalist and one-time state champion for Jefferson County High School in Dandridge, Tennessee before wrestling for the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio.
