Phil Mallow
Phil Mallow (born July 6, 1957) is an American politician serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Electoral History Mallow first ran for the 50th district in the 2014 West Virginia House of Delegates election but lost. He lost again in the 2016 West Virginia House of Delegates election. He lost again in the 2018 West Virginia House of Delegates election. He first won an election in the 2020 West Virginia House of Delegates election. He was redistricted to the 75th district in the 2022 West Virginia House of Delegates election. He won the Republican primary and is the party's nominee in the 2024 West Virginia House of Delegates election. Biography Mallow earned a degree in quality control technology from Allegany College of Maryland in 1977. He worked for United Parcel Service from 1979 to 2012. He is a Baptists, Baptist. Fairmont, West Virginia
Fairmont is a city in and county seat of Marion County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 18,313 at the 2020 census. It is the principal city of the Fairmont Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes all of Marion County, and is a principal city of the larger Morgantown–Fairmont Combined Statistical Area. History Beginnings In the eighteenth century, the earliest development of Fairmont consisted of subsistence farming settlements. In 1789, Boaz Fleming, a Revolutionary War veteran, migrated to western Virginia and purchased a 254-acre farm from Jonathan Bozarth. In 1808, Fleming made his annual trek to Clarksburg to pay his brother's Harrison County taxes. While in Clarksburg, Fleming attended a social gathering that included his cousin Dolley Madison, wife of President James Madison.
