Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity () is a gender-inclusive/mixed-sex national Honor societies, honor Fraternities and sororities in North America, fraternity based in the United States. The fraternity is a 501(c) organization#501(c)(3), 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania with the purpose of fostering scholarship, leadership, and fellowship. Phi Sigma Pi chapters are at more than 140 four-year collegiate institutions. History Interested in creating an honor society at State Teachers College at Warrensburg (now the University of Central Missouri), professors Dr. Eldo L. Hendricks, Dr. Claude A. The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is a public university in Warrensburg, Missouri. In 2019, enrollment was 11,229 students from 49 states and 59 countries on its 1,561-acre campus. Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) is an organization dedicated "to inspiring and developing our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation."
