Pharaoh Overlord 3 (album)
''Pharaoh Overlord #3'' is the fourth album by Finnish experimental rock band Pharaoh Overlord. It follows closely the pattern developed on Pharaoh Overlord #2 of quieter, more reflective tracks, whilst maintaining the krautrock-influenced hypnotic repetition common to all the band's releases up to this point. A notable exception to this was the track ''Autobahn'', ten minutes of buzzing guitar feedback drone which points towards the more abstract sounds of 2010's Siluurikaudella. ''Octagon'', meanwhile, is the first Pharaoh Overlord track to feature vocals. Finnish People
Finns or Finnish people ( fi, suomalaiset, ) are a Baltic Finnic ethnic group native to Finland. Finns are traditionally divided into smaller regional groups that span several countries adjacent to Finland, both those who are native to these countries as well as those who have resettled. Some of these may be classified as separate ethnic groups, rather than subgroups of Finns. These include the Kvens and Forest Finns in Norway, the Tornedalians in Sweden, and the Ingrian Finns in Russia. Finnish, the language spoken by Finns, is closely related to other Balto-Finnic languages, e.g. Estonian and Karelian. The Finnic languages are a subgroup of the larger Uralic family of languages, which also includes Hungarian. These languages are markedly different from most other languages spoken in Europe, which belong to the Indo-European family of languages. Native Finns can also be divided according to dialect into subgroups sometimes called ''heimo'' (lit. ''tribe''), although suc ...

Experimental Rock
Experimental rock, also called avant-rock, is a subgenre of rock music that pushes the boundaries of common composition and performance technique or which experiments with the basic elements of the genre. Artists aim to liberate and innovate, with some of the genre's distinguishing characteristics being improvisation (music), improvisational performances, avant-garde influences, odd instrumentation, opaque lyrics (or instrumentals), unorthodox structures and rhythms, and an underlying rejection of commercial aspirations. From its inception, rock music was experimental, but it was not until the late 1960s that rock artists began creating extended and complex compositions through advancements in multitrack recording. In 1967, the genre was as commercially viable as Popular music, pop music, but by 1970, most of its leading players had incapacitated themselves in some form. In Germany, the krautrock subgenre merged elements of improvisation and psychedelic rock with electronic music, ...

Pharaoh Overlord 2 (album)
Pharaoh Overlord #2 is the second album by Finnish experimental rock band Pharaoh Overlord. It was released on CD in 2003 by No Quarter Records. It features three members of krautrock-influenced rock band Circle indulging their love for stoner rock. Like its predecessor, the album is completely instrumental and the tracks follow a basic model of repetitive riffs. However, it is a much more subdued record than Pharaoh Overlord #1 even featuring acoustic guitars in places. Only ''Skyline'' contained the heavy distortion of the first album, and became a live staple for the band, appearing on both Pharaoh Overlord's live albums, The Battle Of The Axehammer (Live) and Live In Suomi Finland. Track List: 1. Komaron Runner (6:04) 2. August (5:59) 3. Dark Temper (7:51) 4. Skyline (9:58) 5. Love Unfiltered (10:50) 6. He also runs a record label, Ektro Records, releasing his own music alongside left field rock and metal releases by artists such as Faust and Acid Mothers Temple. Biography Circle Still the main project for Lehtisalo's musical endeavours, Circle have released 40 albums since 1994. Pharaoh Overlord Albums
Pharaoh (, ; Egyptian: ''pr ꜥꜣ''; cop, , Pǝrro; Biblical Hebrew: ''Parʿō'') is the vernacular term often used by modern authors for the kings of ancient Egypt who ruled as monarchs from the First Dynasty (c. 3150 BC) until the annexation of Egypt by the Roman Empire in 30 BC. However, regardless of gender, "king" was the term used most frequently by the ancient Egyptians for their monarchs through the middle of the Eighteenth Dynasty during the New Kingdom. The term "pharaoh" was not used contemporaneously for a ruler until a possible reference to Merneptah, c. 1210 BC during the Nineteenth Dynasty, nor consistently used until the decline and instability that began with the Twenty-Fifth Dynasty. In the early dynasties, ancient Egyptian kings had as many as three titles: the Horus, the Sedge and Bee ( ''nswt-bjtj''), and the Two Ladies or Nebty ( ''nbtj'') name. The Golden Horus and the nomen and prenomen titles were added later. In Egyptian society, religion w ...
