Pewar
Pewar its 16 km far from the capital city Parachinar of Kurram Agency, and the one of the village near to parachinar Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. Pewar is situated on a neck of Pakistani territory south of Peshawar, that juts into Paktia Province of Afghanistan. It is the closest point in Pakistan to Kabul and borders on the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan. Tari Mangal
Tari Mangal ( ps, تري منګل) is a town in the Kurram Valley at the Durand Line, near Spin Ghar, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan. Tari Mangal is away from Parachinar, and from the town of Aryob in Zazi District, Afghanistan. The Pashtun tribe Mangal has been living in Tari Mangal since 1600 AD. Peiwar Pass
The Peiwar Kotal Pass, also spelled Paywar, is a mountain pass in the Kurram Valley that connects Paktia Province in Afghanistan to Kurram District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. In November 1878, during the Second Anglo-Afghan War, Peiwar Kotal was the site of a battle between British-led forces under Sir Frederick Roberts and Afghan forces.
