Peter Yagmoor
Peter Yagmoor (born 20 October 1993) is a former Australian rules football player. Early life Yagmoor was born and raised in Cairns, his Lebanese and Indigenous Australian father moved there from Melbourne where he met his mother. He played his junior football with Cairns City Cobras and North Cairns in the AFL Cairns competition before moving to Brisbane where he played with the Kenmore Bears before playing senior football with Morningside in the Queensland Australian Football League. He was recruited by in 2011 with their Queensland zone selection concessions, before being traded onto , in conjunction with national draft pick 50, for pick 47. Morningside Australian Football Club
The Morningside Australian Football Club, also known as the Morningside Panthers, is an Australian rules football club based at Jack Esplen Oval in the suburb of Hawthorne in Brisbane. The club consists of Masters, Amateurs, Women's, Junior and Senior football sections. Its senior team competed in the North East Australian Football League (NEAFL) competition from 2011 to 2013 and now is a member club of the Queensland Australian Football League. Its junior sides compete in the AFL Brisbane Juniors (AFLBJ) competition. The club also caters for young girls and boys by running Auskick skills clinics, which are held at the beginning of the season and do not involve competitive games. The 2014 AFL season was the 118th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. The Queensland Australian Football League (QAFL) is an Australian rules football competition organised by the AFL Queensland, contested by clubs from South East Queensland. The Brisbane Lions is a professional Australian rules football club based in Brisbane, Queensland, that plays in the Australian Football League (AFL).
