Peter Sutermeister
Peter Sutermeister (May 28, 1916 – January 3, 2003) was a Swiss lawyer, writer and opera librettist. Sutermeister got his Ph.D at University of Bern. He wrote the texts for Heinrich Sutermeister's (his brother) operas ''Niobe'' and ''Raskolnikoff'', as well as biographies of Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Robert Schumann Robert Schumann (; 8 June 181029 July 1856) was a German composer, pianist, and influential music critic. Opera is a form of theatre in which music is a fundamental component and dramatic roles are taken by singers.
