Peter Sekuless
Peter Sekuless (born 1945) is an Australian author and lobbyist based in Canberra, Australia. Between 1967 and 1974 he was a journalist with ''The Canberra Times''. He founded the government relations firm ''Canberra Liaison'' with Jonathan Gaul in 1978. ''The Canberra Times'' is a daily newspaper in Canberra, Australia, which is published by Australian Community Media. It was founded in 1926, and has changed ownership and format several times. History ''The Canberra Times'' was launched in 1926 by Thomas Shakespeare along with his oldest son Arthur Shakespeare and two younger sons Christopher and James. Jessie Mary Grey, Lady Street (née Lillingston; 18 April 1889 – 2 July 1970) was an Australian diplomat, suffragette and campaigner for Indigenous Australian rights, dubbed "Red Jessie" by the media. As Australia's only female delegate to the founding of the United Nations in 1945, Jessie was Australia's first female delegate to the United Nations.
