Peter Roth (executive)
Peter Roth (born 1950) is an American television producer, who served as the chairman & chief executive officer of Warner Bros. Television Studios starting in 1999. In 2020, it was announced that Roth would leave the studio in 2021. Career Roth graduated from Tufts University in 1972 and began his television career in 1976 as manager and later director of children's programs and VP of current programming for ABC. He then worked as president of Stephen J. Cannell Productions for six years, before joining 20th Television in 1992. Between 1996 and 1999, he was president of Fox, and then moved over to Warner Bros. Television, where he has been president ever since. ''Without a Trace'' is an American police procedural drama television series created by Hank Steinberg that aired on CBS from September 26, 2002 to May 19, 2009 with the total of seven seasons and 160 episodes. The series focuses the cases of a Missing Persons Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in New York City. On May 19, 2009, CBS cancelled the series after seven seasons. Premise Each episode followed the search for one individual under tight time constraints. The stories also focused on the personal lives of the team members and illustrated how their experiences gave them insight into cases. Doug Herzog
Doug Herzog (born July 16, 1959) is an American television executive. He was formerly the president of Viacom Music and Entertainment Group, he oversaw MTV, VH1, Logo, Comedy Central, Palladia, TVLand and Spike, Herzog has been credited with evolving the MTV brand by steering the network away from music related programming. Biography Herzog received his B.S. degree in Mass Communications from Emerson College in Boston, where he is a long time Trustee. Herzog's career began at CNN in 1981. John Matoian
John Matoian (born 1949) is a businessman and television industry executive. He was a vice-president of the CBS Entertainment division. He later became the president of Entertainment at Fox Broadcasting in September 1995. He was president at HBO from 1996 to 1999. He received both his B.A. and his J.D. from Duke University. Matoian is a native of Fresno and is of Armenian descent. In the 2012 United States Presidential election, John Matoian had made $83,800 worth of contributions to Barack Obama's successful presidential campaign.
