Peter Miller (actor)
Peter Miller (born 1968) is a Canadian actor. His credits have included the television series ''MVP'', ''Virginie'' and ''Lance et Compte'', and the films '' Mambo Italiano'' and ''Rouge sang''. Miller portrayed Galeazzo Maria Sforza in the 2009 short-film series '' Assassin's Creed: Lineage''. Miller graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse in Manhattan, New York City. He was born in Chibougamau, Quebec and spent part of his childhood in the Bahamas. His mother is of French descent and his father is of Irish descent. He is anglophone-francophone bilingual. He is also a former professional football player in the Canadian Football League. He was drafted in the seventh round of the 1992 CFL draft by the Saskatchewan Roughriders and played six seasons in the CFL with the Roughriders, BC Lions, and Toronto Argonauts as a linebacker; he played college football for Pacific. Chibougamau
Chibougamau () is the largest town in Nord-du-Québec, central Quebec, Canada. Located on Lake Gilman it has a population of 7,504 people (2016 Canadian Census). Chibougamau is surrounded by, but not part of, the local municipality of Eeyou Istchee James Bay Regional Government. Due to its remoteness from Lac Saint-Jean (over south-east) and Abitibi-Témiscamingue (over south-west) areas, Chibougamau provides services for a few smaller communities surrounding it (Mistissini, Oujé-Bougoumou and Chapais) and for the regional resource-based industries. Despite Chibougamau's remoteness, it is only about as far north as Winnipeg, and is south of any part of the mainland of England. Pacific Tigers Football
The Pacific Tigers football team represented the University of the Pacific in NCAA Division I-A (now FBS) college football. The team competed in the Big West Conference during their last season in 1995. They played their home games at Stagg Memorial Stadium in Stockton, California. On December 19, 1995, the Board of Regents voted to disband the team in order to save money for the athletic program, which was reported to have gone over $400,000 in debt. All scholarships were honored for current players of the team. The 1949 Pacific Tigers football team was an independent during the 1949 college football season. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. The BC Lions are a professional Canadian football team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are a professional Canadian football team based in Regina, Saskatchewan.
