Peter Lee Shih Shiong (; born 24 July 1966) is a Singaporean musician, composer, and record producer. In 2001, Lee won a Golden Melody Award for Best Composition for his work, "Cloudy Day", performed by his apprentice Stefanie Sun Stefanie Sun (, born 23 July 1978) is a Singaporean singer-songwriter. Star Awards For Special Achievement Award
The Star Awards for Special Achievement Award is an award presented annually at the Star Awards, a ceremony that was established in 1994. The category was introduced in 1995, at the 2nd Star Awards ceremony; Xiang Yun received the award for her performance and it is given in honour of a MediaCorp artiste who have made significant contributions in the performance of his/her respective field of profession over the past few years. The Golden Melody Awards (), commonly abbreviated as GMA, is an honor awarded by Taiwan's Ministry of Culture to recognize outstanding achievement in the Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkien, Hakka, and Formosan-languages popular and traditional music industry. The GMAs are awarded on the basis of votes by members of jury, and it has constantly been recognized as the equivalent to the Grammy Awards in Chinese-speaking world.
