Peter Johnson (sports Executive)
Peter Clark Johnson (born January 4, 1950) is an American sports executive. Early life and education Johnson was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was raised in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He went to high school at Penn Charter in Philadelphia and attended the University of Delaware, where he was a member of the 1971 National Champion Division I-AA Football team. After graduating, he played in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions. Johnson received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Career In 1976, Johnson started his career at IMG (company), IMG, the world's largest sports, entertainment and media company, where he worked for thirty years. Rich Gannon
Richard Joseph Gannon (born December 20, 1965) is an American former football quarterback who played 18 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Subsequently, he was a sports commentator with CBS Sports for 16 years. Gannon was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and played college football at the University of Delaware where he directed coach Tubby Raymond's Wing-T offense. He recorded at least 2,000 offensive yards for three straight seasons at Delaware and was Yankee Conference Offensive Player of the Year as a senior. In the 1987 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots selected Gannon in the fourth round intent upon converting Gannon to running back. Casey Richard Close (born October 21, 1963) is a former American baseball player and sports agent. University of Michigan Close was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Worthington High School before attending the University of Michigan on a baseball scholarship. He played for the Michigan Wolverines baseball team from 1983 to 1986. As a freshman, he hit a grand slam to help Michigan defeat Stanford and advance to the final four in the College World Series.
