Lars-Johan Peter Eriksson (born 3 August 1958) is a Swedish politician who served as Minister for International Development Cooperation from January 2019 to December 2020. He previously served as Minister for Housing and Digital Development from 2016 to 2019 and was a member of Swedish Parliament (1994-1998 and 2002-2014) and European Parliament 2014-2016. Between 2002 to 2011, he was spokesperson for the Green Party. Political career Early beginnings Eriksson began his political career in Kalix, Norrbotten, where he was Municipal Commissioner from 1999 to 2004. He was also member of the Riksdag 1994–1998 and 2002–2014. Peter Kessler Eriksson (born July 12, 1965 in Kramfors, Sweden) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey left winger. He played for HV71 Jönköping in the Swedish elite league Elitserien from 1985–1989 before joining the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League for the 1989–90 season. He played 20 games for the NHL club, scoring 3 goals and 3 assists. He also spent part of the season playing for the Oilers' minor league affiliate, the Cape Breton Oilers. Peter Eriksson (born 19 November 1952) is an Athletics coach and formerly the head coach of the Olympic and Paralympic programs for both British Athletics and Athletics Canada. Eriksson has over 30 years of coaching experience in speed skating and track and field; and has led Canada to record medal performances in the 2016 Olympic Games, 2015 World Championships and 2014 Commonwealth Games. Under his leadership as Performance Director and Head Coach, the nations that he has worked with has generated over 240 medals at major International Competitions. Athletes in his programs have won 122 medals at the Paralympic Games since 1984, in addition to medals won at World Championships and other major international events.
