Petar Zanev
Petar Dimitrov Zanev ( bg, Петър Димитров Занев; born 18 October 1985) is a Bulgarian retired footballer who played as a left back. Club career Zanev was born in Gotse Delchev and joined the youth system of his hometown club Pirin at an early age. In early 2005 he signed with Litex Lovech. Celta (loan) On 17 June 2007, Celta manager Hristo Stoichkov unveiled Zanev as the club's first signing ahead of 2007–08 season. On the next day, Zanev signed for the Spanish Segunda División side on a season-long loan deal, with the club having the option to make the move permanent. On 26 August, he made his league debut in their 1–1 draw against Córdoba CF, but spent most of his time with Celta on the bench, making only three appearances. Gotse Delchev, Blagoevgrad Province
Gotse Delchev ( bg, Гоце Делчев ), is a town in Gotse Delchev Municipality in Blagoevgrad Province of Bulgaria. In 1951, the town was renamed after the Bulgarian revolutionary hero Gotse Delchev. It had hitherto been called Nevrokop (in bg, Неврокоп, ; in el, Άνω Νευροκόπι, ''Ano'' ; and in tr, Nevrokop). Nearby are the remains of a walled city established by the Romans in the 2nd century AD. The town was a kaza in the Siroz sanjak of the Salonica vilayet before the Balkan Wars. The European section of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification acted as qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which was held in Russia, for national teams that are members of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Apart from Russia, who qualified automatically as hosts, a total of 13 slots in the final tournament were available for UEFA teams.
