The Personnel Secretary popularly called as Secretary (P) is the administrative head of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) under Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. This post is held by senior IAS officer of the rank of Secretary to Government of India. The current Personnel Secretary is S. RADHA CHAUHAN. As a Secretary to Government of India, the Personnel Secretary ranks 23rd on Indian Order of Precedence. Noida
Noida, short for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is a planned city located in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Noida is a satellite city of Delhi and is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. As per provisional reports of Census of India, the population of Noida in 2011 was 642,381. The city is managed by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA). The district's administrative headquarters are in the nearby city of Greater Noida. Arun Bhatnagar
Arun Bhatnagar ( hi, अरुण भटनागर; born 10 June 1944) is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1966 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre who has served in various capacities in the State and with the Government of India. Bhatnagar retired from the IAS in June, 2004 as Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training and worked, thereafter, as Secretary, National Advisory Council (2004-08) and Chairman, Prasar Bharati (2008–09) at New Delhi.
