Personally (P-Square Song)
"Personally" is a song by Nigerian duo P-Square. It was released as the second single from their sixth studio album, '' Double Trouble'' (2014). The music video for the song was directed by Jude Engees Okoye and Clarence Peters. It was uploaded onto Vevo on June 21, 2013, and features a cameo appearance from Osita Iheme. "Personally" claimed the number 1 spot on MTV Base's Official Naija Top 10 Chart from August 10 through August 22, 2013. Musical influences and appreciation P-Square paid tribute to Michael Jackson, who inspired them to dance, sing and write songs. Moreover, they dedicated the music video to him, adding, "He lives on and inspires us Personally". P-Square is a Nigerian music duo consisting of the twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye. They produced and released their albums through Square Records (now Square Root Entertainment) In December 2011, they signed a record deal with Akon's Konvict Muzik label. In May 2012, P-Square signed a record distribution deal with Universal Music South Africa. On 25 September 2017, numerous media outlets reported that the group disbanded. Reports about a breakup surfaced after Peter reportedly sent a termination letter to the group's lawyer. Prior to this report, the duo disbanded in 2016, supposedly over a disagreement about the role of their manager. On 17 November 2021, the duo ended their long time feud and reconciled. Jermaine Jackson
Jermaine La Jaune Jackson (born December 11, 1954) is an American singer-songwriter and bassist. He is best known for being a member of the Jackson family. 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards
The 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards took place on 31 August 2014, at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. The eligibility period was from March 2013 to March 2014. In April 2014, the NEA reviewing committee began collecting submissions for the 2014 edition. The deadline for submission was April 30, 2014, and the nominations were announced on May 29, 2014. MTV Base was a British pay television music channel from Paramount Networks UK & Australia that focused primarily on hip hop, R&B, grime, garage, reggae, funk, soul and dance music.
