Putra Square
The Putra Square () is a city square in Presint 1, Putrajaya, Malaysia. The square has been used for festivals such as the Malaysian Independence Day parade. The 300 meter circular Putra Square is bounded by Perdana Putra, Putra Mosque, Putra Bridge and the Promenade Shopping Mall. In a tall flagpole in the square is the National flag of Malaysia surrounded by flags of each of its States. From the square, there are fine views of Perdana Putra, the Prime Minister's Office Building (to the north) and the Putra Mosque (to the east). Seri Wawasan Bridge
The Seri Wawasan Bridge is one of the main bridges in the planned city Putrajaya, the new (2001) Malaysian federal territory and administrative centre. This futuristic asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with a forward-inclined pylon has a sailing ship appearance, accented at night with changeable color lighting. The bridge, also called Bridge No. 9, crosses Putrajaya Lake, an artificial lake made to provide natural cooling, and connects Precinct 2 on the Core Island, where the main government buildings are located, to the residential area of Precinct 8, 9. Seri Setia Bridge
Seri Setia Bridge is a main bridge in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The Seri Setia Bridge is located in the southeastern corner of Putrajaya, providing a vital link between Precinct 19 and the Commercial Precinct and the main route to the core island from the southeast. Made up of eight equal spans of 30 metres each, the bridge has lancet-arch designs on its railing that complement the fascia panels on its side. Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque
The Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque ( ms, Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin) or the Iron Mosque ( ms, Masjid Besi) is the second principal mosque in Putrajaya, Malaysia after Putra Mosque. It is located in Putrajaya's Precinct 3, opposite the Palace of Justice and next to Islamic Complex Putrajaya, a religious authority headquarters. Construction began since April 2004 and was fully completed on August 2009. It was officially opened by the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin on 11 June 2010. The mosque was built to cater to approximately 24,000 residents including the government servants working around the city center as well as areas within Precincts 2, 3, 4 and 18. ''Wisma Putra'' is a metonym for the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is also the name of the RM170 million Ministry of Foreign Affairs complex located at the country's administrative capital, Putrajaya. The name ''Wisma Putra'' was given to the original Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Jalan Wisma Putra, Kuala Lumpur back in 1966. The name "Putra" was given in honor of Malaysia's father of Independence, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, since the Ministry stood on the site of the official residence of the Chief Minister of the Federation of Malaya. The entire Ministry moved to Putrajaya on 17 September 2001. When the Ministry eventually moved to a bigger complex in Putrajaya, it carried the name ''Wisma Putra'' to Putrajaya.
