Persatuan Sepakbola Lamongan, or commonly known as Persela, is an Indonesian football club based in Lamongan, East Java. 2017 Liga 1
The 2017 Liga 1, also known as Go-Jek Traveloka Liga 1 for sponsorship reasons, was the inaugural season of Liga 1 under its current name and the eighth season of the top-flight Indonesian professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2008. Choirul Huda
Choirul Huda (2 June 1979 – 15 October 2017) was an Indonesian professional footballer and civil servant. Personal life Huda began his career in Persela Lamongan since 1999 and stayed with the club until his death in 2017. A legend of the club, he was dubbed "One Man, One Club, One Love" by Persela supporters. According to Indonesian football writer Antony Sutton, "he played for his local team, he was living the dream.
