Perry Richardson
Perry Richardson (born July 7, 1958) is an American bass guitarist who played in FireHouse until 2000 and is currently the bassist of Stryper. Biography Perry Richardson graduated Conway High School in Conway, South Carolina and went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina/Coastal Carolina in 1980 with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Richardson met C. J. Snare in North Carolina and started a band called Maxx Warrior. Eventually they met with Bill Leverty and Michael Foster (who were playing with a band called White Heat). The four got together in Charlotte and started FireHouse in 1989. While with the band, they sold over 7 million albums worldwide and won an American Music Award in 1991 for "Favorite New Artist Heavy Metal/Hard Rock". Conway, South Carolina
Conway is a city in Horry County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 24,849 at the 2020 census, up from 17,103 in 2010 census. It is the county seat of Horry County and is part of the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area. It is the home of Coastal Carolina University. Numerous buildings and structures located in Conway are on the National Register of Historic Places. Among these is the City Hall building, designed by Robert Mills, architect of the Washington Monument. Tim Gaines (born Timothy Hagelganz; December 15, 1962) is an American bass guitarist best-known as the long-time bassist for the Christian metal band Stryper until his departure in 2017. Biography Early life Gaines was born in Portland, Oregon, into a German family, whose ancestry was that of the Volga Germans. When Gaines was four years old, he and his family moved to Arcadia, California, where he later attended Arcadia High School. When he was young, he was bullied by classmates at school because of his unique and often mispronounced last name, Hagelganz, and for being the son of Arcadia Presbyterian Church's pastor. ''Good Acoustics'' is the fourth studio album by the hard rock band FireHouse. It was released in 1996 on Epic Records. The album featured acoustic versions of several of the band's biggest hits. However, it also featured four new songs (one of them being an Eagles cover song Steve Young's Seven Bridges Road.">Seven Bridges Road">Steve Young's Seven Bridges Road.. The album was a commercial flop in the United States compared to the first three albums, making it the first Firehouse album not to enter the Billboard charts. A music video for "Love of a Lifetime" was shot entirely in Chao Praya River in Bangkok, Thailand.
