Fabio Perini
Fabio Perini (born 1940) is an Italian entrepreneur and inventor, founder of Perini Navi shipyard (1983), of the machinery company Fabio Perini S.p.A. (1966) and of Faper Group S.p.A. (2001). He is also Honorary Chairman and founder of Futura S.p.A and founder of the Perini Business Park. He was awarded the Leonardo Qualità Italia award in 2007. His inventive abilities have allowed him to create world-leading activities in the fields of boating and engineering based on the innovation of his patents. Biography Perini was born in Vorno, in Tuscany into a family of paper entrepreneurs. His entrepreneurial activity started in the paper machinery industry, a relevant economic sector in Lucca, the area where Perini is born. Flora Perini (20 November 1887 – 23 September 1975) was an Italian operatic mezzo-soprano who had a prominent opera career in Europe, South America, and the United States during the first half of the twentieth century. She sang a wide repertoire that encompassed works by verisimo composers like Mascagni, bel canto composers like Rossini and Bellini, the Italian grand operas of Verdi, the German operas of Strauss and Wagner, and the Russian operas of Rimsky-Korsakov. Pete Perini
Evo Peter Perini (February 10, 1928 – September 11, 2008) was an American football fullback who played two seasons in the National Football League with the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns. Born in the New Village section of Franklin Township, Warren County, New Jersey, he played at Washington High School, a predecessor to Warren Hills Regional High School. He played college football at Ohio State University. Early years Perini participated in high school football, baseball and wrestling at Washington High School. In football, he was a three-year letterman as a fullback and was a team captain in 1945. He earned First-team All-State honors in 1945. Perini was a four-year letterman and a four-time New Jersey state finalist in wrestling. He won the state championship in the 175 pound weight class in 1944 and in the heavyweight class in 1945. Perini Sivathandavam (Perini Śivathandavam) or Perini Thandavam is an ancient dance form, from Telangana, which has been revived in recent times. It originated and prospered in Telangana, during the Kakatiya dynasty. Perini is performed in honour of Lord Siva, the hindu god of destruction and it is believed that in ancient times this was performed before the soldiers set to war. It is published in two yearly issues and in two different editions: the western, in Italian/English language, with an average printed copies of 17,500; and the eastern, in English/Chinese language, with an average printed copies of 2,500.
