Perfect Timing (mixtape)
''Perfect Timing'' is a collaborative mixtape by Canadian rapper and record producer Nav and American record producer Metro Boomin. It was released on July 21, 2017, by Boominati Worldwide, XO, and Republic Records. The mixtape contains production from Metro Boomin, Nav, Pi'erre Bourne, and Southside among others, and features guest appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Offset, 21 Savage, Nav's fellow labelmate Belly, and Gucci Mane. It was supported by two singles: "Perfect Timing (Intro)" and " Call Me". In 2023, Nav and Metro announced a sequel to the album simply called “Perfect Timing 2“ Background Before ''Perfect Timing'' was released, Nav and Metro Boomin both produced the former's song "Up", from his self-titled debut mixtape and first project (2017). Navraj Singh Goraya (born November 3, 1989), known professionally as Nav (stylized in all caps), is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He began his career as a producer, co-producing fellow Canadian rapper Drake (musician), Drake's single "Back to Back (Drake song), Back to Back" in 2015. He then gained mainstream attention in 2016 when his song "Myself (song), Myself" went viral. "Call Me" is a song by Canadian rapper Nav and American record producer Metro Boomin. It is one of the dual singles from their collaborative mixtape '' Perfect Timing''. The song was released for digital download on July 14, 2017 with the lead single, the title track of the mixtape. Radric Delantic Davis (born February 12, 1980), known professionally as Gucci Mane, is an American rapper and record executive.
