Andrea Perego is an Italo-Australian journalist and writer. After living in Sydney, he is now working on projects in Venice and Berlin. In Australia he worked as a broadcaster for SBS Radio, doing reports that had wide resonance, such as the program about the murder of two Swiss Guards in the Vatican. In Italy, he has worked for Filippi Editore as the curator of a book series of Venetian subjects. The new updated edition of ''Curiosità veneziane'' by Giuseppe Tassini (first published in 1863) is part of the series. In 2009 he worked on Peter Greenaway's ''The Wedding at Cana'' (Italian version), as the voice of Christ. Greenaway's ''vision'' was exhibited at Fondazione Giorgio Cini during the Venice Biennale. Didi Perego (13 April 1935 – 28 June 1993) was a statuesque Italian actress who appeared in more than 80 films and television shows. She made her film debut in 1959's ''Death of a Friend''. The same year, she starred in perhaps her best-known role as Sofia in ''Kapò''. She won the ''Silver Ribbon'' for Best Supporting Actress from the Italian National Syndicate of Film Journalists. She had a major starring role in Mario Bava's '' Caltiki - The Immortal Monster'' (''Caltiki - il Mostro Immortale'') the same year. Ettore Perego
Ettore Perego (11 April 1913 – 23 October 2013) was an Italian gymnast who competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics, where his best individual finish was 12th in the men's pommel horse while his team was ranked 5th among 16 nations in the men's team all-around. Born in Monza and competing out of Pro Lissone, he was an Italian national champion prior to the Games and later, until his 1978 retirement, worked as a gymnastics coach with Pro Lissone. Federico Perego (born 29 September 1984) is an Italian basketball assistant coach for Vanoli Cremona in the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). Career Federico Perego started his coach-career managing the youth sector of Pallacanestro Lissone and Aurora Desio from 2000 to 2008. He later started a long career as assistant-coach of many clubs like Veroli Basket, Aurora Desio, Pallacanestro Cantu (in Serie A) and Fulgor Omegna. In 2014 Perego became an assistant coach for Andrea Trinchieri in the German club Brose Bamberg of the Basketball Bundesliga. In early 2018 he was assistant coach also for Luca Banchi and in June 2018 for Ainars Bagatskis. On 13 January 2019 he became head coach for the first time in his career of Brose Bamberg. Mark Perego (born 8 February 1964 in Winchester, England) is a former Wales international rugby union player. A flanker, he played club rugby for Llanelli and attained 9 caps for the Wales national rugby union team. Rugby Perego made his Wales debut 3 March 1990 versus Scotland. He went on to be a key player in the Welsh championship-winning team of the 1994 Five Nations. His strengths as a player included his powerful tackling and his phenomenal fitness, the latter of which he maintained through a highly-effective, but eccentric, training regime.
