Pere Riba Madrid (, ; born 7 April 1988) is a Spanish former professional tennis player. Riba competed on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ATP World Tour, both in singles and doubles. He reached his highest ATP singles ranking, No. 65, on May 16, 2011, and his highest ATP doubles ranking, No. 81, on June 7, 2010. The ATP Challenger Tour, known until the end of 2008 as the ATP Challenger Series, is a series of international men's professional tennis tournaments. The Challenger Tour events are the second-highest tier of tennis competition, behind the ATP Tour. Komlavi Loglo (born 30 December 1984) is a professional Togolese tennis player. He was born in Badou, Togo. Career Loglo has spent his career on the Futures circuit, although he has played a handful of Challenger tournaments. He is the top-ranked Togolese player. Balaguer
Balaguer () is the capital of the ''comarca'' of Noguera, in the province of Lleida, Catalonia, Spain. It is located by the river Segre, a tributary to the Ebre. The municipality includes an exclave to the east. Balaguer also has a sister city in the western United States, Pacifica, California.
