Per Strand Hagenes
Per Strand Hagenes (born 10 July 2003) is a Norwegian road cyclist, who has also competed in cross-country skiing. He currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . In 2021 he won a silver medal at road race of the European Junior Championships, and became World Junior Champion, winning the gold medal of the road race in Leuven, Belgium. He had already been two times national junior champion in the road race as well, in 2020 and 2021; and the time trial champion in 2020. Sandnes
Sandnes () is a city and municipality in Rogaland, Norway. It lies immediately south of Stavanger, the 4th largest city in Norway and together, the Stavanger/Sandnes area is the third-largest urban area in Norway. The urban city of Sandnes lies in the extreme western part of the vast municipality and it makes up about 5% of the total land area of the municipality. Norwegian National Time Trial Championships
The Norwegian National Time Trial Championships are held annually. They are a cycling race which decides the Norwegian cycling champion in the time trial discipline, across several categories of rider. The event was first held in 1921 and was won by Ole Moen. At the beginning there were often back-to-back wins from many riders. Recent multiple victors have included Edvald Boasson Hagen, Thor Hushovd, Kurt Asle Arvesen and Steffen Kjærgaard.
