Per A. Utsi
Per Alfred Utsi (born 8 March 1939 in Tana) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Finnmark in 1977, and was re-elected on one occasion. He had previously served as a deputy representative during the terms 1969–1973 and 1973–1977. During the latter term he served as a regular representative meanwhile Annemarie Lorentzen was appointed to the second cabinet Bratteli and the cabinet Nordli. On the local level he was a deputy member of the executive committee of Sør-Varanger municipal council from 1971 to 1975. He chaired the party chapter in Vardø, where he worked in the newspaper ''Finnmarken'', from 1965 to 1966 and was later a board member of the regional chapter. Deatnu - Tana
or is a municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Tana bru. Among the other villages in the municipality are Austertana, Bonakas, Polmak, Rustefjelbma, and Skiippagurra. The municipality is the 5th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Deatnu-Tana is the 236th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of 2,821. The municipality's population density is and its population has decreased by 2.6% over the previous 10-year period. The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions ( no, Landsorganisasjonen i Norge, LO) is a national trade union center, decidedly the largest and probably the most influential umbrella organization of labour unions in Norway. The 21 national unions affiliated to the LO have almost 1,000,000 members of a Norwegian population of 5 million. The majority of affiliated unions organizes traditional blue collar workers, but the largest affiliate is the Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees which makes up more than a third of all members.
