Pep Anglès
} Josep Anglès Ros (born 27 March 1993) is a Spanish professional golfer from Barcelona and European Tour player. He was runner-up at the 2020 Open de Portugal and the 2021 Mallorca Golf Open. Early life and amateur career Anglès grew up in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, thirty minutes north of Barcelona, and learned to play at the local par-3 course. Representing Spain, Anglès won the 2011 European Boys' Team Championship, and the 2014 European Amateur Team Championship, both times with a team that included Jon Rahm. He also won the 2014 Palmer Cup with the Europe team. Anglès played college golf at the University of Central Arkansas with the Central Arkansas Bears men's golf team between 2011 and 2015. He had 5 tournament wins, 6 runner-ups, 14 top-5 finishes and 27 top-10 finishes, and broke the college’s record for the lowest round score after carding a 64. Jeff Winther (born 30 March 1988) is a Danish professional golfer. He joined the European Tour in 2016 and won the 2021 Mallorca Golf Open. Career Winther turned professional in 2012 and won on his fifth appearance as a professional, playing in the 2012 Nordic Golf League. Two further victories the following year helped him finish third in the Order of Merit and earn promotion to the Challenge Tour. The 2021 European Tour was the 50th season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972 and the 13th and final edition of the Race to Dubai. Garrick Higgo (born 12 May 1999) is a South African professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour, European Tour and the Sunshine Tour. Official World Golf Ranking
The Official World Golf Ranking is a system for rating the performance level of professional golfers. It was started in 1986. The rankings are based on a player's position in individual tournaments (i.e. not pairs or team events) over a "rolling" two-year period. New rankings are calculated each week. During 2018, nearly 400 tournaments on 20 tours were covered by the ranking system. All players competing in these tournaments are included in the rankings. In 2022, 23 tours factored into the world rankings.
