Pensiangan (federal Constituency)
Pensiangan is a federal constituency in Interior Division (Keningau District and Nabawan District), Sabah, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat from 1986 to 1995, from 2004 to present. The federal constituency was created in the 1984 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system. The Election Commission of Malaysia ( ms, Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya Malaysia), abbreviated SPR or EC, is a commission set up for ensuring fair and equitable operations in undertaking the elections in Malaysia. The 12th Malaysian Parliament is the last meeting of the legislative branch of the government of Malaysia, the Parliament, comprising the directly elected lower house, the ''Dewan Rakyat'', and the appointed upper house, the ''Dewan Negara''.
