Arvind Venkat
Arvind Venkat (born ) is an American physician and politician. A member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party, he represents the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, District 30, 30th district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which comprises the North Hills (Pennsylvania), North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Allegheny County. Before entering politics, Venkat was an attending physician at Allegheny General Hospital, specializing in emergency medicine. Early life and education Venkat was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan by Indian immigrant parents. He attended Detroit Country Day School for high school, graduating in 1992. Jeffrey Earl Habay (born May 9, 1966) (commonly known as Jeff Habay) is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, who was elected to represent the 30th legislative district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1994 at the age of 28. A native of O'Hara Township, Pennsylvania, he was considered a rising star in the Republican party, eventually being named by his caucus to the position of Majority Deputy Whip. Lori A. Mizgorski (née Voegtly; c. 1967–) is an American politician who currently represents the 30th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She is a Republican. Early life and education Mizgorski is a native of Shaler Township. She graduated from Shaler Area High School in 1985, and studied English at Hood College. Hampton Township is a township in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 18,470 at the 2020 census. History The first settlers of present-day Hampton Township in northern Allegheny County arrived in the mid to late 18th century around the time of the Revolutionary War.
