Pennridge School District
Pennridge School District is located approximately north of Philadelphia in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The district Pennridge School District, covers approximately with a total population of 45,000 and encompasses eight municipalities, including the boroughs of Dublin, Perkasie, Sellersville, and Silverdale. Bedminster, East Rockhill, Hilltown, and West Rockhill townships also are included. Foundations and current schools Pennridge was founded in 1952 by combining the resources of several small municipal school districts, including Sell-Perk School District. The former Sell-Perk High School had been converted to its present use as South Middle School. Jake Crouthamel
John Jacob Crouthamel (June 27, 1938 November 6, 2022) was an American football player, coach, and college athletic director. Early life and education Crouthamel was born in eastern Pennsylvania to Kathryn Apple and Russell Crouthamel, who ran the family business making men's trousers during the war. He attended Pennridge High School, where he played on a team that won 26 of 27 games in three years. He was an All-League athlete in football, track, and basketball, and was named the school's top athlete. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 1960. Playing career Crouthamel played as a two-way halfback position for the Dartmouth Big Green football team. He was an exceptional football player at Dartmouth, leading in rushing for three seasons, and was on a team that compiled a 19–6–2 record from 1957 to 1959, including Dartmouth's first Ivy League championship in 1958. Willie L. Lewis (born January 16, 1958) is an American football executive and former professional player. He is currently the Director of Player Personnel for the San Antonio Brahmas of the XFL and was most recently the Assistant Director of Pro Personnel for the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL. He was the general manager for the Memphis Express of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). He previously served as an executive in the National Football League (NFL) for 20 years, including tenures with the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs. Dean Sabatino
Dean Sabatino (born 21 May 1962) is an American musician, best known as Dean Clean, the drummer of the satirical punk rock group the Dead Milkmen. Sabatino lives with his family in Media, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Having earned a degree in commercial art, Clean designed the album covers for the band's releases, including the cover art for their 1985 debut album '' Big Lizard in My Backyard''. Career After playing with groups in high school, Sabatino formed Narthex, a two-piece new wave band, in 1980. The band failed to release a proper album before its split three years later, but a 1982 recording session was eventually remixed and released as the ''Twin Cities'' album in 2006. William David Mensch, Jr. (born February 9, 1945) is an American electrical engineer born in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He was a major contributor to the design of the Motorola 6800 8-bit microprocessor and was part of the team led by Chuck Peddle that created the MOS Technology 6502. He also designed the 16-bit successor to the 6502, the 65816. Mensch is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Western Design Center (WDC) located in Mesa, Arizona. Before founding WDC in 1978, Mensch held design engineering and management positions at Philco-Ford, Motorola, MOS Technology, and Integrated Circuit Engineering. At WDC, Mensch worked mainly on extending and expanding the 6502 architecture. His designs are used widely in embedded systems and implantable, electronic, life-support devices. Robbert Lee Riddick (born April 26, 1957) is a former American football running back in the NFL who played for the Buffalo Bills. He played college football at Millersville University, as a running back and defensive back. He set numerous of the school's records in football as well as track and field. Riddick was drafted by the Bills in the ninth round, 241st overall, of the 1981 NFL Draft. Riddick played six seasons for the Bills. He started eight games and ran for 632 total yards in 1986, and he became a short-yardage specialist in 1988. He sat out the 1982 and 1985 seasons after sustaining injuries to his right knee during training camp. Riddick's first 100-yard rushing game of his career helped Hall of Fame coach Marv Levy record his first win as the Bills new coach on November 9, 1986.
