The Russian Empire was an empire and the final period of the Russian monarchy from 1721 to 1917, ruling across large parts of Eurasia. The Regional Art Exhibition of 1980 (russian: Зональная выставка произведений ленинградских художников 1980 года) became one of the most important and largest Soviet Art exhibition of the end of 1970s.
