Peeter All
Peeter All (1829–1898) was an Estonian fisherman, farmer, ship captain, shipowner, rescuer of mariners in distress, and salvage diver. Early years Peeter All's parents, Ado and Marie, were peasants who lived on Saaremaa's Loona Manor. Saaremaa (known as Oesel in German), is Estonia's largest island (2,673km2) and has numerous small, rocky, low-lying islands off its western coast. The largest of these is called Vilsandi. When he was one year old, Baron Hoyningen-Huene sent the family to live on Loonalaid, a small (1km2.) uninhabited Baltic Sea island, so his father could look after the hay grown there that provided feed for the manor's livestock. The family survived primarily from fishing and farming. All grew up to be 210cm tall and left home by twenty years of age to become a seaman. Peeter Kreitzberg
Peeter Kreitzberg (14 December 1948 – 3 November 2011) was an Estonian politician, member of parliament and a member of the Social Democratic Party. Kreitzberg served as the Estonian Minister of Culture and Education from April to November 1995. He also taught at Tallinn University from 1997 to 2011. Kreitzberg next served as the deputy mayor of Tallinn, the Estonian capital, from 1996 to 1999. Peeter Järvelaid (born 28 November 1957) is an Estonian legal scholar and historian. Järvelaid is a professor in the University of Tallinn. He has developed semiotic and personality-centered research direction, writing hundreds of articles mostly about the European and Estonian legal history and education, published in Estonian, English, German, French, Russian, Latvian, Finnish, Lithuanian and Swedish.
